Project Management Consultancy services for subcontract & Variation for WDFC CTP-11 & CTP-13 Project

Project Overview

The Western Dedicated Freight Corridor (WDFC) project is one of India’s most significant freight railway infrastructure initiatives, designed to improve cargo movement efficiency across major industrial corridors. As part of the project, we provided complete Subcontract Management and Variation in Scope Management services for CTP-11 (Vaitarna–JNPT) and CTP-13 (Sachin–Makarpura), covering over 234 km of dedicated freight alignment. Our role included conducting civil and track measurement, preparing detailed engineering documentation, and supporting compliance verification. We executed precise topographical mapping, established TBM and vertical control points using digital levels, and maintained complete as-built documentation to ensure all works met DFCCIL standards and contractual requirements.

In addition, we managed subcontractor billing, variation claims, and quantity verification to maintain financial transparency and accurate project tracking. The team performed field inspections, validated land mapping, reviewed structural elements, and ensured that all civil and track works adhered to quality and safety norms. We also supported the Authority Engineer through technical reporting, documentation audits, and measurement certification, ensuring consistency between executed work and approved designs. Through meticulous management, technical precision, and a structured approach to scope variations, we contributed to the successful implementation of India’s flagship WDFC project—enabling enhanced freight capacity, operational efficiency, and long-term infrastructural value.
