Amigo Projects was engaged by the State PWD, Maharashtra, to provide DPR and PMC consultancy for the construction and improvement of the Road Over Bridge (ROB) approaches and side service road on SH-339 near NTPC Mouda, Nagpur. The project involved detailed reconnaissance surveys, topographical mapping, and precise alignment assessment to identify constraints, optimize design solutions, and ensure seamless connectivity along the corridor. Our team conducted an extensive structural audit of the existing components—including the superstructure, substructure, bearings, deck slab, approach sections, and protective works—using visual inspection and non-destructive testing methods. The findings were consolidated into a comprehensive audit report outlining condition assessment, durability evaluation, and recommendations for repair, rehabilitation, or strengthening as required.
In addition to assessment, Amigo Projects carried out structural design for the improved approaches and service road, ensuring compliance with IRC standards and State PWD guidelines. We prepared detailed drawings, BOQs, and estimates for client submission, supporting the project’s technical and administrative approval stages. Our consultancy contribution helped streamline decision-making, minimize rework, and ensure that the proposed ROB enhancement meets long-term safety, performance, and infrastructure requirements for the region. Through coordinated engineering expertise and timely project management support, we enabled the successful planning and advancement of this critical roadway bridge improvement initiative.
